What's on the Grill?

I enjoy food from the grill. This is a great time to grill too because the stove heats up the trailer beyond a comfortable temperature.

I enjoy playing with various fruits and vegetables on the grill as well. Since I was young onions have been a staple on the grill. Last night I also added asparagus and pineapple. The asparagus had olive oil and balsamic vinegar drizzled on it. I bought a whole pineapple and then sliced it lengthwise. I didn't season the pineapple. It was divine!! It was really ripe and just about melted in your mouth.
